12-14 [Announcement] Patch Update 3.4.0 Details
Hello, Boxing Stars!
The following goes into detail of the 12/14/2021 Update.
Please go to your respective app market to update to the latest version of Boxing Star.
■ Patch Update 3.4.0
1. Christmas-themed Update
We have prepared Christmas-themed app icon and backgrounds to match the holiday season!
Check out the NPCs and Ring Girls that are dressed up in Christmas Costumes!
2. Add New Character.
A new Character is making his debut in the Boxing Star World!
- Alexei
He is on the hunt to battle unseen forces scheming to bring down the GBCA.
Check out Story Mode to find out more of why he is joining in the Boxing Star World.
ㄴ Although he uses a lot of his stamina, Alexei is a Brawler with tremendous Attack Power in each of his Punches.
ㄴ The Alexei Character can be purchased with Gold and the discounted price will only last for 3 weeks after the update!
3. New Protective Gear Added.
6 Great White Shark Protective Gear have been added this update.
No need to be afraid of your Opponent’s Attacks with the Great White Shark Protective Gear! The Great White Shark Protective Gear will help protect you from Status Effects!
4. Add Story Mode and Improvements.
Go to Additional Match > Story Mode to check out the newly added ‘Character Story’ and ‘Gear Story’ substories.
- Character Story
ㄴ You can experience various episodes of the Character’s Stories.
ㄴ Complete the Character Story Stage Missions to earn Mission Points and you can receive additional Rewards.
ㄴ The Character Story has Easy and Hard Difficulty Settings. You can earn bigger Rewards by completing the Hard Difficulty Setting.
- Gear Story
ㄴ You can find out the back story of how certain Gear were made in the 'Gear Story'.
ㄴ You not use your Character but the preset Character for 'Gear Story'.
ㄴ Complete the Gear Story Stage Missions to earn Mission Points and you can receive additional Rewards.
- Main Story
ㄴ Press the Main Story Icon to replay the Stories.
ㄴ You can view the Opponent’s detailed Stats at the bottom of the Story Mode Lobby screen.
5. Add Friendly Match.
You can now choose a Friend or a Fight Club Teammate to fight in a Friendly Match.
Find out who is the strongest among your Friends and Fight Club Members!
- Friend Match
ㄴ Go to 'Social > Friends' to select a Friend to have a Friendly Match with.
ㄴ You can check out the Friendly Match Records with your Friends by going to 'Manage Friends > Friendly Match Record'.
- Fight Club Teammate Match
ㄴ You can have a Friendly Match with a Fight Club Teammate from the Fight Club screen.
ㄴ You can check out the Friendly Match Records with your Fight Club Teammates by opening and checking the message in the Fight Club Chat.
6. Add New Costumes.
- The Santa Man Costume, the symbol of Christmas, has been added.
7. Game Function Improvements.
- Boss Mode Event Match has been improved.
ㄴ You can check out the Super Combo System in the El Cucuy Boss Mode.
ㄴ The El Cucuy Quick Time Events have been improved so that more detailed touch is required.
ㄴ Improvements made to the ‘Champion’ level so that the Valkyrie Boss performs more diverse Skills.
ㄴ Improvements made to the El Cucuy Boss Mode ‘Champion” Difficulty so that more Boxing Star users can participate.
ㄴ You can try out ‘Sparring Match’ to help prepare you for Boss Mode Matches. After practicing in Sparring Match, you can now challenge the more Difficult Setting Bosses and earn more Points.
- Improved Benefits for the GBCA Membership Subscription.
ㄴ Benefit changed from receiving the previous League Reward Package/Box → the player will receive the highest achieved League’s Reward Package/Box after winning in League Mode when a player is demoted in League Mode.
- Boxing Star Loading Image has been changed to the default image.
- Facebook Share and Facebook Profile Usage, and the Facebook Friends Tab have been removed.
- The Receive All feature has been added to receive all Inbox Items at once with the exception of Boxes and Catalog Products.
8. Other Various Changes and Updates.
- Issue fixed where the Boss Mode QTE audio would intermittently not play.
- Issue fixed where the screen would freeze intermittently when writing a message in the Fight Club Chat.
